"Hi, I'm Uğur. I live in Turkey, which happens to be located next door to one of the most dangerous regions in the modern world. The contrast between these territories reflects two different worlds for me, and it inspired me to portray this in my work." Some of these are disturbing. There's something more jarring than usual when you see these different photographs combined together. The contrast between the safe and dangerous parts of our world seem even bigger.
